Dependencies usage

I might not understand something, but are the current library dependencies necessary? I'm talking about firebird-base and python-dateutil, which were presented in this commit d591101. I couldn't find any reference or usage in the source code.
If they are not used, then it's better to remove them, as it prevents using this library on Python 3.10 or lower.

Ouch, good catch. A copy & paste error when I created the pyproject.toml. These dependencies belong to new firebird-driver, not fdb.
