Object slicing bug

There are a few places where proxy objects are assigned to Arduino instances, resulting in the proxy object being sliced. E.g. here:

Serial_ Serial = SerialFakeProxy(ArduinoFakeInstance(Serial));

I'm not clear on the intent, but it probably isn't doing what was expected.
