Many skills are customized for personal or organizational use, which can't be shared on a public repo, but it would be a good idea if teams could share with Google Drive/Dropbox or something similar.
Alternatively, if not Dropbox or Google Cloud, a user or org should be able to host their own private skill store, which can be accessed and listed.
