Feature request: update existing comment #7

👋 Love this utility. It would be really helpful if it offered an option to update the existing comment in a PR rather than add a new one. This can feel a bit spammy in larger projects where pushes to open PRs are more frequent.
I'd be willing to contribute this feature if it sounds like a good idea to you!
