Add ability to set custom branches

Many people set develop branch as their primary one. It would be nice to set branch we are comparing against as a parameter.

Would you like to have a go at it yourself? If not, I could add it later this week :)
I'm thinking an optional parameter (maybe called compareBranch?) with main as default value.
