[BUG] - Welcome Window Shortcut Mismatch

Describe the bug
In Xcode the Welcome Window opens with ⇧+⌘+1. In CodeEdit it opens with ⇧+⌘+0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Window > Welcome to CodeEdit

Expected behavior
The Welcome Window should open with ⇧+⌘+1
