Motivation
Our current Dockerfile is very outdated and not published to any docker registry.
Modification
Update the Dockerfile to properly build and start a cloudnet node in docker. The dockerimage is also published to dockerhub for easier access by users.
Result
The cloudnet node can more easily be started in docker, without requiring manual builds by users.
