This copilot-assisted PR fixes the "Dungeon Master" quest soft-lock when an objective involves defeating a boss you've already defeated as part of another quest by adding fetch item checks to quest stage event handling.
For soft-locked game saves, this will auto-complete objectives for bosses you've already defeated.
Fixes #10241 (this corresponds to suggested fix 1 - check inventory on stage activation)
