Add University Writeups #25
Description
It's been a while since detailed blurbs were added:
- Write blurbs for various member universities on the members page- also make sure to get the hex codes for university bg colors correct! Consider refactoring the code so that adding new members bios is a matter of editing the _yml file, including getting the color right (both text and bg color).
