Hi! I'm nikkie (@ftnext), an open source developer at the Python community.

I'm a maintainer of the speech_recognition library, and I love building and sharing tools — I’ve created many tiny Python libraries, including Sphinx extensions (sphinx-new-tab-link, sphinx-notion, etc.) and llm extensions (llm-devin, etc.).

I frequently speak at PyCon (mainly JP, occasionally abroad) and I write articles in Japanese — every single day.
