I'm having the same problem. I upgraded and used a little over 18% of the premium requests. It's been 7 days since it stopped working, and every time I try to do something, I get the following error message:
The only problem is that the plan is prepaid, so this message doesn't make much sense. I opened a support ticket and discovered how terrible the support is, especially considering the price of the plan. |

I discovered something curious: the agent started working again, but only for some repositories. However, the repository where I use Copilot the most seems to have been "banned" or its use is "restricted." |

Hello,
I am experiencing a limit issue with my Copilot plan. I was previously on Copilot Pro, but I upgraded to Copilot Pro + to avoid hitting my usage cap.
For the past 5 days, whenever I try to submit an issue to Copilot, I get an error message stating that a payment was declined or that a limit has been exceeded.
However, I have not reached any set spending limit, and all my payment methods are valid. I confirmed that I am correctly on the new Copilot Pro + plan.
Copilot Spark is working fine, as are standard messages.
