[Issue] Did not receive academic benefits, it has been 2 months since approval

As stated in the title, my educational benefits were not activated after 2 months of waiting.

That's unusual; it usually takes a couple of weeks or a month at most. You have to wait for someone from the Education team to review your application and finally grant you the benefits.

What does that imply, will somebody from the education team see this issue and act on it? I need it to be resolved in next few days so i can use features for academic project that me and colleagues are involved on.
